Friendly on the phone and helpful in the past. Dissatifaction is with being put into a very expensive homeowners policy after Secura dropped coverage for Wisconsin. Found my own policies that were half the cost for auto and a quarter of the price for homeowners.

Great people, and great insurance agent. I became a client about 7 years ago. The Philleo agency had been recommended by a friend, and I had just bought a house from out of state (pre-Covid). Ron and his staff not only helped insure us, but went remarkably out of their way to even check on our home while we were in our pre-move period. That is the kind of personal, small-business touch that you just don't see in the world of large corporations these days. In all of my phone calls and insurance needs, they have been incredibly responsive, professional, and honest. In addition, they work with many different insurers so I never felt like I was being steered toward one or another in a non-fiduciary way. I have nothing but praise for Ron and his group.
